Drawing

I have been drawing so much lately. But I'm sadly not being very productive. I have finished just one portrait over the course of two days! There is an art competition I'm wanting to enter, but without a piece of art that's not possible. This is a picture of the portrait I did. Please give me some feedback as to whether you think I should enter it or not, and what I should call it. ( Keep in mind that this photo was taken on my webcam, so it's not very good quality) Because I just don't know if it would be good enough. The competition is for teens (so 13 - 19). I'm puzzled :b HELP
