I honestly never thought I would actually write this, but I realize it isn't fair to just leave you thinking I dropped off the face of the earth for no reason. So I'm saying goodbye for now. To be honest, blogging just hasn't been on my priority list during the past few months. I've closed a chapter of my life, and with that I've closed blogging. Now don't get me wrong, I have LOVED getting to know all of you through blogging! You have all been a huge encouragement to me throughout the past year (and a bit), and I am so grateful for that. Blogging is an amazing thing! I love my blog soo much, and I love all the people who read it. However, this stage of my life just hasn't involved blogging. I'm not going to delete my blog or anything, because I think I'll enjoy reading my posts in the future and chances are, I'll probably start posting again in the future as well. But for now, I'm leaving. Thanks again to all who have supported me and this little blog :) Feel free to message me on Facebook anytime!

Collecting
So for the past few months I've had a bit of a collection. A vintage camera collection to be exact. And those cameras are some of my favourite things. Some I have picked up at garage sales, others I bought at antique shops, but they are all so different and unique. I find it so fascinating to research the different types I have, and see how rare or how old they are. I just love these little gems. So far I have eight. I have only used two of them, but even that makes me happy. I have more collections; a pin collection (of pins from around the world), a coin collection, and a card collection. But I LOVE my camera collection.
Yesterday was my birthday, so we went up to a cute little town called Bobcaygeon. Just like last year we went to the fair, and had a blast. Then me and Brooke stopped at a little vintage shop, and let's just say...I died and went to heaven. I was freaking out! There were cameras, typewriters, old suitcases, and records everywhere! I melted. {and got emotionally attached to almost everything I picked up}
In the end I settled for these guys.

Aren't they beautiful! I love them. And I think Douglas & Son, is one of my new favourite stores. go like them on Facebook!

What Happened?
Where have I been? Somewhere not in the blogosphere, that's for sure. I never intended to stop blogging for the Summer, it just kind of happened. Then with the school year starting up and everything, life has been so hectic. But instead of giving you a list of excuses why I haven't been around lately, I'm just going to start over. So let's pretend I didn't abandon this blog, and that things will be as normal again. More posts will come. I promise.

The Simple Things
are what make up a Summer. The Campfires, the Sunsets, the Fellowship, and all the little Adventures. The photos that are captured, the words that are spoken, are the little things that make up a Summer.

Don't worry guys...
I haven't died. I've just been insanely busy. A lot busier than I thought I would be this summer. Work is tiring, but then again so are those meetings that go 'till midnight. I'm sleep deprived and slightly stressed, but overall this summer has been pretty great so far. It's just too bad I haven't been able to share that much of it with you guys. :( So here are some cute pictures that might make you forgive me for abandoning you....maybe.
